Cariblist provides services to the Barbados real estate market, the St. Lucia real estate market and we are working on expansion into Grenada, St. Vincent, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua, Dominica, Cayman Islands, BVI, and Bermuda..

We list for real estate agents and individuals who wish to sell or rent their property themselves,  and we supply a portal for people all over the world to access these properties to buy or rent.  We list the following types of property in September 2017.:

Property for rent in Barbados;

Property for sale in Barbados;

St. Lucia property

Caribbean property for sale or rent wherever it is located.

We offer free property listings, although the amount of information on these is severely limited, and we also offer paid listings which provide standard property details (Bedrooms, bathrooms, building type, area etc.) and a very large area for formatted text where you can produce a professional write-up on the property. For agents we offer competitively-priced packages from 3 listings up to our unlimited packages.

Cariblist has been providing this service since 2001. Agents and individuals can sign up, purchase a subscription online, and add and manage their own listings.  We do not take commisisons on anything that is sold through us, and potential purchasers contact listers directly, without our involvement.
